it turns out my favorite tattooed bad boy, carey hart, has tied the knot with that poser bitch pink. i’m kidding, i like pink. i’m just a little jealous, that’s all.

one night a few months ago i was watching an episode of the surreal life with my boyfriend when mr. hart appeared (looking very hot, no doubt). having had a few cocktails, i confessed my crush… and i have yet to hear the end of it.

congrats to the happy couple… i guess.

i don’t watch that much television, but i’m so very glad i discovered my name is earl. i’m impressed by any show that consistently makes me laugh out loud, and earl’s redneck hysterics definitely do the trick (i don’t live too far from alabama!).

earlier today, the cast got a nod for best ensemble (comedy) when the nominees for the screen actors guild awards were announced. the nbc show, which just moved to thursday nights (alongside will & grace), truly shines when jaime pressly turns up. she plays joy, earl’s ex-wife and the ultimate white trash bitch.

tonight’s episode saw joy insulting catalina, the show’s luscious latina. when catalina retorted in spanish, joy’s racist reply was so wrong… but so damn funny. “i’m sorry, i don’t speak maid.” ouch!

good news! not only is the daily show back with new episodes, but the l.a. times has reported that jon stewart will be hosting this year’s oscars ceremony.

chris rock was ok last year, but jon stewart is going to be fantastic. i might actually watch the entire telecast this year. woohoo!

i guess mariah did have a reason to celebrate (she did have the number one album and single of the year, which is no small feat). after watching her new year’s performance in times square, i’m thinking she went a little overboard with the christmas cookies.

perhaps nicole should have “celebrated” a little less with the nose candy. she looks like a walking corpse.

i wonder what would happen if these two crazy bitches got together. would they balance each other out… or just kill each other?

ok, so maybe fred savage doesn’t play a grown-up kevin on his new show, crumbs. but he does play gay! i think this is really funny because i actually had a little crush on him when i was younger, when he was doing the wonder years.

it appears that times are gradually changing. ten years ago, it was almost career suicide for a straight man to play a gay character. now even fred savage is jumping on the bandwagon!

it will be interesting to see if the show is any good… it also boasts jane curtin as the crazy mother. to find out, we’ll have to tune in to crumbs when it premeires on abc january 12.

there’s nothing sexier than a boy wearing eyeliner, that’s what i think. one of my favorites has to be the bravery frontman sam endicott, who i’ve decided to crown this week’s hot rocker.

here’s a funny story… the other day my friend jason’s (female) roomate was able to woo the bravery bad boy back to their apartment. after a prolonged session of heavy petting, sam had an interesting request. he claimed that the window for sex had closed, so instead he preferred a cuddle.

i think that’s hysterical… and not just a little bit gay. on top of that, once she refused (her friend would have had to sleep on the floor!), he stormed out like a scorned child.

i guess i want to know what took her so long. as soon as the door closed i would have kicked it into high gear.

remember o-town? it was that boyband made up of winners of the original making the band tv series (pre-diddy!).

the group dissolved after its’ second album flopped, but unofficial frontman ashley parker angel has his fingers crossed for a triumphant return. he changed his hair and taped a reality show for mtv, but he still faces his biggest challenge - convincing the world that he’s a legitimate artist.

it’s hard to say whether or not he will be successful. there and back, his new show debuting january 9, will definitely re-ignite public interest. but it remains to be seen whether or not he has talent beyond his boyish good looks. stay tuned.

hmmm…. i wonder what ever happened to the guy with the dreadlocks.
