meet the kooks, my latest discovery. these boys are of the new generation, mind you (frontman luke pritchard is only 19!), but they still have lovely harmonies and they know how to write a great hook. also, they’re named after a david bowie song, which pretty much makes them cool regardless.
their newest single, “naive,” went in at number ten today on the u.k. charts. congrats! oh yeah, they also scored ¡viva la graham!’s video of the week. give it a look, i think you’ll like it.
