looks like hitting the road with justin timberlake was just what pink’s career needed. the futuresex/lovesounds tour is one of the hottest tickets at the moment, and thanks to her energetic performance as the opening act, she reminded u.s. fans why they liked her so much in the first place.
as a result, “u + ur hand” and her last album, i’m not dead, are finally getting the attention they deserves in the states. the single was a big hit around the globe (this isn’t the first time u.s. audiences have ignored a great pop song), but it has taken six months for it to catch on stateside. i guess everything timberlake touches at the moment turns to gold. run with it, pink!
i first featured the hot “u + ur hand” video back in july of last year. honestly, it still makes me jump up and down. as for pink’s next move, she must be happy she won’t have to call her next album back from the grave.
