in case you haven’t heard (yeah right), paris hilton was sentenced to jail time for driving on a suspended license. 45 days to be exact.

here’s one of the fantastic court sketches from the trial via tmz. paris looks like she’s trying to use telekinesis to change the judges mind. and check out her parents in the background looking glum. jesus, it’s not like she’s getting the death penalty (they can’t do that for minor crimes, can they??).

anyway, tmz brought up a good point concerning paris actually serving the time. diana ross was only in jail for like a day or two, and they said michelle rodriguez only served 2 hours! paris will probably be done in 10 minutes, which is very sad if you ask me.
