the lads from travis have done it again. here’s the new video for “my eyes,” the third single from their latest album the boy with no name. i’m not going to spoil the ending for you, but the waterslide bits actually have to do with the comical plot.
i’m so pleased that travis are back in top form! after starting off on the wrong foot with this record (“closer” was an odd choice for first single), they really have proven that they can still write a top pop song — and of course provide an amusing, clever clip to go along with it. also, i must add that with repeated listens i’ve come to enjoy travis’ latest effort nearly as much as their most popular LP, the man who.
